The Apostles' Doctrine
it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer,
and to rise from the dead the third day; and that repentance
and remission of sins should be preached in his name
among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And ye are
witnesses of these things. And, behold, I send the promise
of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem,
until ye be endued with power from on high (Luke
shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come
upon you; and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in
Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto
the uttermost part of the earth (Acts 1:8).
Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every
one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission
of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost
is there salvation in any other: for there is none other

saved (Acts 4:12)
said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any
other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let
him be accursed (Galatians 1:9).
built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets,
Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone
besought thee to abide still at Ephesus, when I went
into Macedonia, that thou mightest charge some that
they teach no other doctrine (I Timothy 1:3).
All scripture is given by
inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine,
for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness
(II Timothy 3:16).
